組み立てには大体1時間ほど。六角は入っているけれど、ナットを固定するレンチが入っていないので自身で準備する必要があります。ご丁寧にレンチが入っていないよと説明書にも書いてあります。完成品は作りがしっかりしていてがたつきもなく、身を預けられる安心感があります。やはりこういう類のものを買うなら日本製。間違い無いと思います。説明書の文字がなぜか全て中国語だったのは気になりますが、雰囲気で理解できました。後は頑張って腹筋を構えるだけ。
