I ordered an L shaped cushion to go on our breakfast nook benches. I had specific measurements and the cushion was sent to me exactly as ordered. It fits the benches well. It seems to be good quality. I am happy with the purchase except thinking that maybe 3 inches was a little wide for the cushion. I should’ve probably ordered a thinner cushion, but that is not the fault of the seller. Overall very happy with this purchase. It did take 3-4 weeks to receive.I don’t write a lot of reviews. However, this was an exceptional experience. The product is great and the measurements were perfect. I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of the actual cloth, but I was delightfully surprised that the fabric on the cushion is very thick and durable. Here’s where things get exceptional. Through my own fault, I accidentally ordered two, and I reached out to them. They said no problem - they would produce the one with my measurements and refund me for the other. I knew that there would be some time to manufacture the cushion, and I thought there’s no way they’re going to make right on this. Well, once I got the tracking number I realized that it would be coming from a different country, and once again it would be very difficult to get the refund for the cushion that I accidentally ordered. I wasn’t sure if I was just going to end up paying twice for the same cushion, or receive two cushions. Well, the cushion arrived with perfect measurements, and as I’ve stated above, the quality is exceptional. In addition, they refunded me for the cushion I accidentally purchased, and they included a matching pillowcase with the same wonderfully thick cloth as a gift. Wow! I don’t care where these are made. What matters is they produce a really nice product, get it to you quickly, follow through with exceptional service, and then even wow you. If you’re looking for a custom-made cushion, don’t hesitate and give this a try.Just what I was needing for a custom-built bench. The dimensions are spot-on. The material for the cover is sturdy and the anti-slip bottom is a great feature. It is slightly short of the measurents that i ordered but still looks great, is comfortable and will likely flatten out a bit. Came with a free mini matching cushion cover too! They were all made perfectly and I liked them very much. Unfortunately, I measured one of them wrong and it didn't fit. I remeasured and ordered the cushion again. After I had ordered the new one and paid for it I mentioned my problem to Jininworl and they refunded me the cost of the cushion I measured wrong. Wonderful company. When I need new cushions I will definitely use them again.I was pretty excited about this as we have a custom window seat that needed specific sizing on the cushion. I will say the sizing is on point. It fits perfectly. However, I feel like the color of the fabric is a bit misleading. It comes in this very noticeable checkered pattern and from the photos when ordering I thought it was more solid. Also the back side is a different gray material and the edge shows pretty obviously. So now I need to find another custom cover to go over this custom cushion.
